A320 Captain - Tianjin

Three Options

  • Mode I:         90 or 100 or 110 or 120 or 130 days off       
  • Mode II:        30 days ON – 30 days OFF or 15 days ON – 15 days OFF
  • Mode III:       6 weeks ON – 2 weeks OFF or 6 weeks ON – 3 weeks OFF

3 years (renewable)

Location (base)

Tianjin, Xian (is open)

  • USD    1,000 per month salary increase without base

Screening items

  • Interview;
  • ICAO English test approved by CAAC;
  • ATPL test organized by CAAC;
  • Physical examination to foreign pilots approved by CAAC;
  • Company’s simulator examination is recommended;
  • CAAC’s simulator examination.

Minimum Requirements

  • More than      3000+ flighthours
  • Minimum        500 PIC hours on A320 family
  • Age                 30 -- 52 
  • Valid ATPL
  • Valid passport (home country must have diplomatic relations with China)
  • No criminal record
  • No accident / incident record
  • Valid first class medical certificate
  • Current A320 proficiency check record
  • ICAO Level 4 (or equivalent) English proficiency

Pattern & Package

Mode One :  90, 100, 110, 120, 130 days off  during one year

Annual package USD (see below) + USD 8,000 + yearly bonus plus overtime pay USD 210/ hour when over 80 hours/ month

(All payments are net values after applicable tax in China paid by the airline)

  • USD 19,480 per month basic service fee (90 days OFF)
  • USD 18,770 per month basic service fee (100 days OFF)
  • USD 18,000 per month basic service fee (110 days OFF)
  • USD 17,354 per month basic service fee (120 days OFF)
  • USD 16,645 per month basic service fee (130 days OFF)
  • USD    8,000 per year international air ticket subsidies
  • USD    1,000 per month salary increase without base
  • USD 12,000 per year service bonus (1st year)
  • USD 18,000 per year service bonus (2nd year)
  • USD 23,000 per year service bonus (3rd year)

Mode Two : 30 days on / 30 days off     no annual leave
                    15 days on / 15 days off     no annual leave

Annual package USD 157,200 + USD 8,000 + yearly bonus plus overtime pay USD 210/ hour over 80 hours/ month

  • USD 13,100 per month basic service fee
  • USD    8,000 per year international air ticket subsidies
  • USD 12,000 per year service bonus (1st year)
  • USD 18,000 per year service bonus (2nd year)

Mode Three : 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off               no annual leave
                       6 weeks on / 3 weeks off               no annual leave

  • USD 23,000 per year service bonus (3rd year)

Benefits

  • Unlimited supernumerary (SNY) travel on Tianjin Air and Hainan Airline flight for pilots (domestic)
  • unlimited ID 75 tickets on Tianjin Air and Hainan Airline domestic flights for pilots' family (unconfirmed ticket, economy class)
  • Employers' liability insurance, supplemental medical insurance, are offered

Others

  • 60% off monthly wages will be paid from the day of registration until the first flight
  • 80% off monthly wages will be paid thereafter until flying as Solo captain
  • sick leave:           5 days
