Three Options

   Resident contract
Option A // 100% resident 30 days annual leave
   Commuting contract
Option B // 8 days off per month with 30 days annual leave
Option C // 11 days off per month with 20 days annual leave

Contract Term

36 month

Both parties can agree to continue the contract

   B737 Beijing; Shenzhen; Guangzhou; Xi'An; Haikou
   A330 Beijing; Shenzhen
   B787 Beijing
Overseas base for vocation
   any HU overseas destination

Screening items

• Interview;
• ICAO English test approved by CAAC;
• ATPL test organized by CAAC;
• Physical examination to foreign pilots approved by CAAC;
• Company’s simulator examination is recommended;
• CAAC’s simulator examination.

Screening         2 to 3 steps

First step in Beijing. (phase I)

After an evaluation from the airline, the candidate will be invited to Beijing for

• Interview with technical background checks
• CAAC Medical check
• CAAC theoretical ATPL exam (can be done at any CAAC exam place)

The Airline will provide the tickets from the applicants hometown to Beijing, the travel fares at the screening station, the hotel and the food. Also all costs related to the checks and exams

Second step either Beijing or Haikou (with a Simulator possibility) (phase II)

• Simulator ground training
• Simulator company evaluation
• CAAC Prof check

The Airline will provide the tickets from the pilots residence to the respective Simulator centre and costs for living and traveling

Minimum Requirements

1. Employee’s passport country should have diplomatic relations with China

2. the age for type-rated pilots:        55 years
    the age for non type-rated pilots: 54 years

3. Valid ICAO                                     class 1 medical certificate.

4. Valid Instrument ratings and type ratings, unless accepted and hired

5. ICAO English                                  level 4 or higher

6. no accidents and incidents records.

7. NCR no criminal records.

   The Chinese Embassy at pilot’s home country should certify such a record

8. Captain:

   should have valid CAAC or ICAO ATPL and the required rating.
   Minimum flight hours             6 000 + h (in total)
   Minimum PIC hours                   500h  (B737, B787/777, A320/330)
   Minimum hours on type:           500h (for the last 12 months)

9. valid type specific proficiency check record
   plus these records (OPC and LPC) for the last 2 years
