Screening items

• Interview;
• ICAO English test approved by CAAC;
• ATPL test organized by CAAC;
• Physical examination to foreign pilots approved by CAAC;
• Company’s simulator examination is recommended;
• CAAC’s simulator examination.

Minimum Requirements

• More than three years of flight experience at a transport airline including a minimum of 500 hours flying as a PIC at a commercial transport airline.
• Minimum:  500 PIC hours on A320 family /B737NG
• Age 53 and below
• Active flight within the last 12 month
• Valid ATPL
• Valid Proficiency check
• Valid passport (home country must have diplomatic relations with China)
• No criminal record
• No accident / incident record
• Valid first class medical certificate
• Current A320 / B737 proficiency check record
• ICAO Level 4 (or equivalent) English proficiency

Pattern & Package

80 h package    36 days annual leave
                          10 days sick leave

Annual package USD 236,400 + USD 6,000 + yearly bonus plus overtime pay USD 232/ hour when over 80 hours/ month

(All payments are net values after applicable tax in China paid by the airline)

• USD 18,600 per month     basic service fee
• USD       232 per hour        overtime fee
• USD    3,000 per 6 month  travel allowance
• USD        800 / month        housing allowance
• USD        300 / month        transportation allowance
• USD 15,000 per year        safety bonus
• 10 % salary increase for the second period
• 2 days per month                annual leave days

4 weeks on / 2 weeks off package   

Annual package USD 198,000 + USD 6,000 + yearly bonus plus overtime pay USD 220/ hour when over 75 hours/ month

• USD 16,500 per month     basic service fee
• USD       220 per hour        overtime fee
• USD    3,000 per 6 month  travel allowance
• USD        800 / month        living allowance
• USD        300 / month        transportation allowance
• USD 15,000 per year        safety bonus
• 10 % salary increase for the second period

6 weeks on / 3 weeks off package   

Annual package USD 186,000 + USD 6,000 + yearly bonus plus overtime pay USD 220/ hour when over 70 hours/ month

• USD 15,500 per month     basic service fee
• USD       220 per hour        overtime fee
• USD    3,000 per 6 month travel allowance
• USD        800 / month        living allowance

1 month on / 1 month off package   

Annual package USD 150,000 + USD 6,000 + yearly bonus plus overtime pay USD 200/ hour when over 60 hours/ month

• USD    3,000 per 6 month travel allowance
