More than 3000+ flighthours
Minimum 500 PIC hours on ERJ 190 family
Age more than 30 -- 52 and below
Valid ATPL
Valid passport (home country must have diplomatic relations with China)
No criminal record
No accident / incident record
Valid first class medical certificate
Current E 190 proficiency check record
ICAO Level 4 (or equivalent) English proficiency
