A320 Captain - Juneyao

Two Option

• Option A: Resident   50 days annual leave
• Option B: 6 weeks ON – 2 weeks OFF   
• Option C: 3 weeks ON – 1 week OFF
• Option D: 6 weeks ON – 3 weeks OFF  

​Contract Term

3 years for A320 series captains (renewable)
4 years for other Airbus side-stick aircraft captains (renewable)

Location (base)

Shanghai

Screening items

• Interview;
• ICAO English test approved by CAAC;
• ATPL test organized by CAAC;
• Physical examination to foreign pilots approved by CAAC;
• Company’s simulator examination is recommended;
• CAAC’s simulator examination.
   

Minimum Requirements

• More than       3000+ flighthours
• Minimum         600+ PIC hours on large aircrafts
• Age                 between 30 and 53 
• Valid ATPL
• Valid passport (home country must have diplomatic relations with China)
• No criminal record
• No accident / incident record
• Valid first class medical certificate
• Current A320 proficiency check record
• Current flight within 12 month
• ICAO Level 4 (or equivalent) English proficiency
• Recommandation letter

Pattern & Package

Option A :  Resident
                 50 days annual leave

Annual package USD 224,000 + accomodation allowance + travel allowance + safety bonus plus overtime pay USD 365/ hour when over 750 hours/ year

• USD  18,000 per month basic service fee
• USD    6,600 per year Safety bonus
• USD  15,000 per year accomodation allowance
• USD    8,000 per year overseas employment allowance
• USD  10,000 per year travel allowance
• USD  18,000 contract completion bonus bonus (1st contract)(3 years/4 years)
• USD  40,000 contract completion bonus bonus (2nd contract)(3 years)

Option B :      6 weeks On, 2 weeks OFF            no annual leave

Annual package USD 209,600 + accomodation allowance + travel allowance + safety bonus plus overtime pay USD 240/ hour when over 750 hours/ year

• USD  16,800 per month basic service fee
• USD    6,600 per year Safety bonus
• USD  15,000 per year accomodation allowance
• USD    8,000 per year overseas employment allowance
• USD  10,000 per year travel allowance
• USD  18,000 contract completion bonus bonus (1st contract)(3 years/4 years)
• USD  40,000 contract completion bonus bonus (2nd contract)(3 years)

Option C :      3 weeks On, 1 week OFF            no annual leave

Annual package USD 209,600 + accomodation allowance + travel allowance + safety bonus plus overtime pay USD 240/ hour when over 750 hours/ year
