Four Packages

resident options

Package 1: 45 days OFF in low season month, 30 days OFF in high season month
Package 2: 6 weeks ON, 2 weeks OFF
Package 3: 6 weeks ON, 3 weeks OFF
Package 4: 28 days ON, 28 days OFF

commuting options

Option 1: not less than 7 consecutive off days per each calender month in the permanent residence overseas
Option 2: 28 days ON, 28 days OFF

Contract Term

4 years (renewable at 5 years increments))

Location (base)

Beijing, Hangzhou and Qingdao

Screening items

• Interview;
• ICAO English test approved by CAAC;
• ATPL test organized by CAAC;
• Physical examination to foreign pilots approved by CAAC;
• Company’s simulator examination is recommended;
• CAAC’s simulator examination.

Minimum Requirements

• More than      4000+ flight hours
• Minimum       500 PIC hours on A330 
• Age                55 and below
• Valid ATPL     no licence limitations
• Valid passport (home country must have diplomatic relations with China)
• No criminal record
• No accident / incident record
• Valid first class medical certificate
• Active flight within the last 6 month´s
• Current A330 proficiency check record (within 6 month)
• ICAO Level 4 (or equivalent) English proficiency
• Excellent oral and written English skills

Pattern & Package

Package One: 45 days off during Low season and 30 days OFF during peak season
        peak season:    Jan 01 - March 15, July 01 - Oct 15
        low season:      March 16 - June 30, Oct 16 - Dec 31

Annual package USD 280,000 + USD 16,000 + yearly bonus 

(All payments are net values after applicable tax in China paid by the airline)

• USD 19,000 per month basic service fee (resident option)
• USD       300 / h overtim pay over 920 h/year (resident option)
• USD 10,000 travel allowance per year (resident option)
• USD 16,000 per year annual bonus (resident option)
• USD   6,000 per year safety bonus (resident option)
• USD   3,000 per month Living allowance (resident option)

Package Two: 6 weeks ON, 2 weeks OFF

Annual package USD 262,000 + USD 16,000 + yearly bonus 

(All payments are net values after applicable tax in China paid by the airline)

• USD 18,000 per month basic service fee (resident option)
• USD       250 / h overtim pay over 720 h/year (resident option)
• USD 10,000 travel allowance per year (resident option)
• USD 16,000 per year annual bonus (resident option)
• USD   6,000 per year safety bonus (resident option)
• USD   2,500 per month Living allowance (resident option)

Package Three: 6 weeks ON, 3 weeks OFF

Annual package USD 229,000 + USD 16,000 + yearly bonus plus overtime pay USD 200/hour over 650 hours/year

• USD 16,000 per month basic service fee
• USD   8,000 per year Travelallowance 
• USD 13,000 annual bonus
• USD   5,000 safety bonus
• USD   2,000 per month Living allowance

Package Four: 28 days ON, 28 days OFF

Annual package USD 183,000 + USD 16,000 + yearly bonus plus overtime pay USD 200/hour over 500 hours/year

• USD 13,500 per month bascic service fee
• USD   6,000 per year Travelallowance
• USD 10,000 annual bonus
• USD   3,000 safety bonus
• USD   1,000 per month Living allowance

Sick leave 07 days
Renewed pilots + 1 day per year; maximum is 12 days
Renewed pilots + USD 1,000,- per month
